I really love this snack. The sunflower kernels are perfectly roasted and have a satisfying crunch. The honey coating adds just the right amount of sweetness without being too overwhelming. This is my go to snack. But upon checking the ingredients or content it isn't healthy at all. Must look for another guilt free snack. A roasted organic seeds wills do.
