UHT milk is convenient as you can store it in room temperature unless you open it, I used this for my baking needs. Making cakes and muffins with it. decent quality milk and never fails.

An acceptable replacement for Fresh milk but still has the UHT aftertaste, and doesnt taste as good as fresh milk.
But price point is definitely good, and the shelf life is also a plus point so an acceptable replacement.
