This cream i bought for icing cake.But not so satisfied as the whipping cream not turned well.I think the fat content determines the stability and thickness of icing cream .But this was little on soft texture.Good if used for some fruit cream preperation purpose

Love the portion size. It however is the most difficult cream to whip if I need a stiff whip cream. Better used on ganaches
