Been taking Swisse’s Beauty Men’s Skin & Hair supplements and safely able to say that I see some slight improvements in my skin. My nails seem stronger/shinier and my hair seems to be healthier as well. Of course, one bottle may not show results so hoping to try more of their range of products to see if they do actually work! Still, a healthy diet is important! 😊

I can't say I notice a significant difference, but my skin tone is a little better. Like all supplements, you'll need to be taking it for some time before seeing any results. Most importantly, it is easy to swallow and does not cause any stomach upset.
