Vegemite Vegemite

i'm a huge fan of marmite decided to try vegemite recently when i ran out of marmite. i would say that this is not a good replacement for marmite! texture wise vegemite is VERY dry and hard, it would be very tough trying to spread a thin layer on your toast if it's how you eat your vegemite/marmite. taste wise, vegemite is also subpar in comparison to marmite, being more sharp (not very pleasant kind) and comes with a bitter aftertaste. regret my purchase, as i do not want to eat it again only after trying once.
