This is my go to spread for toast .. so versatile .. I use on my toast with eggs , gir a sneaky arvo toast snack and even in my spaghetti bol sauce for a little taste boost ( and vitamin for the kids !) We use so much that I buy it in bulk monthly

As I grew up in Australia I love vegemite. I use it sparingly rather than thick spread when i feel like something salty to eat. My children also like it - its a tradition passed on through generations.
