As a child I would never eat it. As an adult it's really great with cheese. It has quite a bitter taste but paired with butter or cheese is my favourite way to eat it

Much better than marmite. Is good on toast with butter or a sandwich with salt and vinegar chips yummy! Also add a small amount to my mince when making dinner adds flavour
