I cooked it in soup. The taste and texture was just so-so, not as good as some renowned brands. But alright after u add the ingredients of your choice, and careful not to overcook it.

My family member have tried n dislike the taste, for my personal, I most like the Hokkien mee but this brand the ‘urine’ taste more stronger. Not recommend.

Finally get the mee, then no time to cook weekday but only weekend. It’s been a while. The alkaline water scent is strong. We boiled it before fry it. Texture ok taste ok, the alkaline water test gone. Overall ok.
