Love hokkien mee alot. This noodle is springy and low alkaline taste. Actually prefer more alkaline taste! But still nice as compared to other brands. Some brand noodles are broken into small pieces. This brand still in long condition. Recommended!

This noodle has zero "ghee" taste, comparing to the ones i have bought at market.
Not exactly a yellow noodle lover due to the ghee taste always, but this fairprice brand has impressed me.

I cooked it in soup. The taste and texture was just so-so, not as good as some renowned brands. But alright after u add the ingredients of your choice, and careful not to overcook it.
