The taste of the honey is ok. I used it for my dessert to add sweetness to my green bean soup. Natural sweetening and enhance the taste of my dessert. Will use for other usage or just eating directly taste good too.

Taste is like raw honey and consistency is also very thick.
Overall it really healthy for morning breakfast..my husband usually enjoys it with smoothies or oats on cornflakes..this has became our choice for morning breakfast.
Only thing is I felt its little sweeter than other honey I tried
