This plain flour is value for money and the expiry date is long enough for any baker. I always bought this flour during CNY period to bake pineapple balls, cookies and cakes.

Honestly we have been using fairprice brand for a while now, about 4 years. The texture amd the end result are actually with same with other brand of flours. We used it to cook and bake no issue at all. There are so much more items from fairprice which we found way affordable and great quality
