NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Claims: It's not a lipstick, nor is it gloss. It's like nothing you've experience before. It's lipstick cream that goes on silky but look soft matte. Packaging: ~ Slim / clear tube packaging (about 3.5- 4in long). ~ Lipstick shade is the actual color in the tube. ~ Cap is matte and sleek. Consistency: ~ SUPER PIGMENTED. Nuff said. ~ WYSIWYG. You will have the exact color of the gloss as seen on the actual tube. I suggest you don't rely on NYX swatches on their website. ~ featherweight, non-sticky texture; glides like buttercream. Smell: ~ Buttercream frosting type of scent (IMO) Staying power: Approx 4-5 hours. Cons: ~ As it is good in giving a matte-dry effect on your lips, as expected it's quite drying, Be wise enough to guard your lips with a balm prior to application. Do not skip exfoliating! Shades I Purchased on my Own: Addis Ababa ~ It's pure hot pink l♥ve. Sao Paolo ~ It's a love child of the colors pink and red. FTW!

Nyx is my fav go to brand for my makeups. Affordable and yet does the job well! I have so many of the soft matte lip cream because of how easy it is to apply onto the lips. Smooth and doesn’t dry out easily. Pigmented too! I really love all their lip creams!

NYX is great. Love their lip products. Especially their Soft Matt Lips. It does not dry down matt and crackly until other formulas. They stick intact and last the entire day. Love the colour range as well. 10/10 would buy again.

for the color that I chose, there wasn't enough pigment. it was a dark blue, and blue doesn't look good sheer. for nudes though, gorgeous. love it.

the BEST lip cream formula I have tried! I have used many lip creams from other brands but nyx is always the best. It's very easy to apply, moisturising and long lasting!
