I like the shade, it's not too brown and not too light and my lips. It's creamy so it glides easily and smoothly on the lips. It's light weight and smells good too. I like to blot it a bit so it gives off a more natural finish on my lips, good for everyday.

Matte finish without drying

I actually had a Nyx phase where all of my lippies are from Nyx. I love the soft matte lip cream because first it doesn’t smell like chemical unlike other lippies. Second is that it gives a matte finished look but it still feels soft on the lips and not dry.
I guess one downside is that it is not transfer proof as it is a lip cream. It easily gets removed but it does leave a bit of a hint in color, not totally being removed.
But overall I love it.

I’ve long moved on to different matte lip formulas but this was a favorite of mine back in college. This was one of my first affordable international matte lippies that didn’t dry out my lips. Although it was a bit tricky to find the right shade for me, it was definitely a good purchase. At the time, it was quite expensive due to there being limited supplies locally, but now I believe it is much more accessible and could hence be a bit more affordable.

If you're looking for a matte finish that's not drying, NYX is for you! This is still my go-to lip cream whenever i want to achieve MLBB or even bold colors.

I've been using NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream ever since I was in First year college (2016) and this is my 5th purchase, It really does enhance my lip color, I'm using tha San Paulo - SMLC08 shade. It's not really transfer proof since this is a lip cream but you can use this if you just want to enhance your lip color for your everyday endeavour and is travel friendly :)
