Effective spot treatment with a truly invisible finish

I’ve been using the Uriage Hyséac SOS Drying Gel as a targeted spot treatment, and it does what it claims fairly well. The texture is a clear gel that dries down quickly and really is invisible once applied — no flaking, no obvious film, and it sits well under makeup, which is a big plus for daytime use. On active pimples, I can usually see a noticeable reduction in redness and size within a few hours. It doesn’t magically erase a blemish, but it clearly helps calm it down and speed up the drying process. it feels like the protection of a patch without the bulky or obvious look.

It works well as a SOS product as advertised in the description. The gel is lightweight and non-oily.

I had acne breakouts recently and have tried the Hyseac SOS Drying Gel. No immediate result after using the gel but the acne dried up faster than usual after 2 days application. There is no strong chemical smell in this drying Gel.

Dries out pimple

It is effective in drying out my pimple although it tends to leave a mark... will have to wait for the mark to be gone after a few weeks. But still good to kill the acne bacteria I think. Would be better if it is less runny and stays on the pimple instead of flowing down. Or maybe I used a little too much but I don't think so.
