Gently and effectively removes my waterproof mascara. I don’t mind the oil residue because I’m washing my face after using this product. I like this because my eyes felt safe and clean.

Does a decent job removing my toughest waterproof mascara. Leaves an oily residue. Not very effective at removing stubborn lip tints.
