Tiger Balm Red is the best for aches and pains. I use it on my knees when I get an arthritis attack and on my shoulder blades after a long day of working on my desk. Also helped me with menopause-related frozen shoulder. It immediately soothes and relieves pain. Just be careful with light colored clothes because it can leave a stain. Highly recommend.

It helped soothe my mosquito bites. Two things I didn't like was the packaging, too deep and and scent is too strong for me.
