It's more than just a regular scale. In addition to weight, it connects to the Mi Fit app to provide more detailed data. It can track your weight changes with a precision of up to 50g.

I'm a Xiaomi user. I've been using the Mi Scale for about 4 or 5 years now. You can also download the Mi Fitness app to connect with any Mi products—like the scale, watch, etc. I like it because the app shows detailed information about your body and even suggests your ideal weight. Highly recommended!
