Salonpas is honestly very effective and extremely helpful, especially after long hours of overtime when your back and shoulders start protesting. It provides quick relief and actually does what it’s supposed to do, which is why I always keep it around. My only real complaint? The size. The pain is not small, so why is the patch? I really wish there were bigger options so I wouldn’t have to layer multiple patches just to cover one sore area. That said, it’s still reliable, effective, and a lifesaver on tiring days. Just… please make a bigger one. 😆
