it helps to lessen sensitivity and indeed proves to be effective on me. It was recommended by my dentist. The scent is mild refreshing though i prefer it stronger. It doesnt come with much foam when brushing which is something i felt is lacking in my own opinion. Price is a little steep.

Started with this brand 4 months ago and has not looked back. Get rid of morning breathe, durian breath and spices such as garlic and onion breath effectively. Will continue to use and bulk buy online.
