I have sensitive teeth. The first time tried this mouth wash I feel a sting in my gums/ teeth! I think it is too strong. Very minty too that subsequently I need to dilute it with water. Have tried for a few weeks now and I do feel that it helps abit with my sensitivity. However I will not buy again.
