Taken it for a month, no significant changes. One obvious observation is the urine is much yellowish. I didn't fall sick during the month took this supplement.

I actually waited for my entire bottle to finish before writing a review. I have severe bond pain and nothing actually works for me. Ever since I started talking this vitamin. I can actually walk faster and I don't feel much pain now.it improved my overall health and maintain my pain.Highly recommended. I just don't like the after taste and the size of one capsule but other than that 10/10
