Swisse Swisse Ultivite Men's Multivitamin

The pills are small and easy to swallow, as with other Swisse supplements that I am currently taking. I feel revitlaised from taking one pill in the morning before my workouts, for someone who doesn't eat alot of fruits and vegetables, multivitamins are my go-to for nutrients that i might be lacking from fruits and vegetables.

First impressions were that the pills were a lot bigger than the multivitamins I’m used to, but swallowing them was still relatively easy. I couldn’t see much improvement in my day to day except for a surge of energy in the first week or so. Unfortunately, could not complete the full consumption of this bottle within a month. I had to skip taking them while on medication having fallen ill from a nasty flu. Would try these again on a full cycle for a full result. Would still recommend to try, as Swisse as a brand has never disappoint.

Good product, I have been using this for many years and I get better outcomes compared to other brands.

Usually for products like multi vitamins, it usually takes awhile for me to see and feel the benefits of the product. Surprisingly, for SWISSE, I felt it just after a week of trying it. I felt more awake, working out in the gym seems to be more easy. I know for sure it’s not a placebo effect because I have been trying so many brands for so many years and for the first time, this product really felt different.
