Panadol Extra With Optizors has been my go-to for headaches and tension pain. It works quickly and effectively, without upsetting my stomach like some other pain relievers can. The addition of Optizors seems to help the active ingredients kick in faster, so I usually feel relief within a short timeframe—even with tougher headaches.

Must have for headaches and migraines. Contains 625mg paracetamol which is 25% more than normal Panadol 500mg. Does not irritate the stomach and most importantly, its effects are very fast. Best for rapid relief for all pain, fever, etc. Cost more obviously but worth it.
