Smooth and no strong milk taste. Drank this with my latte drink every morning. Since I’m a person who doesn’t exercise lot, is best to consume milk with low cholesterol to balance up my intake in one way.

I have a low borderline LDL cholesterol level and decided to try this milk. The taste was alright and acceptable. I was surprised that with continuous 3 weeks of consumption of 2 cups of milk per day, my cholesterol level really went down. I did not purposely avoid eating junk foods but followed a normal diet like before. I would definitely encourage those to try this milk and see if it helps in lowering your cholesterol level. It certainly helped mine and I could continue to take it to reach the desirable and optimal level!!

This MAGNOLIA Cholestcare Low Fat Milk tastes surprisingly good — smooth and easy to drink! I did see some improvement in my cholesterol after drinking it regularly. However, the effect really depends on your overall eating habits — I didn’t control mine very well, so the results didn’t last. Definitely more effective if you combine it with healthy eating!
