These were chewables, hence more enjoyable. Not too sweet or sour, just nice! my toddler and i enjoyed them! perfect supplements in today's situation. I didn't see any positive effect on my skin, possibly because my eczema is too serious. But definitely it didn't worsen though the weather was unstable this month.
