Recommended for people who are vegan and health conscious as it is stated that its vegan, cholesterol free and gluten free. It reminded me of cornflakes when i first tried. It retained its freshness within the packet as cashews in it are not rancid and cornflakes are crunchy. It tasted sweet but not much of caramel taste for me.
