I find that the Tabasco sauce is not as spicy as it used to be initially but is more on the sour side now. I would prefer it be on the spicier side as it used to be, really enjoyed the taste then.

A must-have for pastas and pizzas as it has a light vinegary taste to cut the taste of fats when you add lots of meat to the dishes. you can also stir in this into some mayo and it totally change the taste of the mayo. So far I have not found any alternative that's good enough to replace this.

This is one of the many chilli sauces I must have at home. I use this on bread, as a dip for fried foods, in salads, pastas etc. Can use this everywhere you need some heat or tangy-ness with your meal. The best part is the clean ingredients and it's low in sodium.
