We do like Mayonnaise. But this is the secret ingredient in my premix cakes to make them more moist and rich. For people who does not like the taste of Mayonnaise, this will not change the taste and you will not taste Mayonnaise in your cakes.

Tried once it tasted ok but its a little pricey. Its less creamy than other brand. But it goes well as a dip for fish and chips.
