Van Houten Cocoa Powder

I have been taking van houten powder for several years. I mixed it with full cream milk . Ver ideal for those on keto diet!

All of you should know how chaotic it was during the Circuit Breaker 2020, and it all happened during the early days of Ramadan. Supermarket essential supplies were low and this included baking supplies. Eventhough we cannot do Raya visiting, but it is a must to at least make some kueh, cakes and cookies to keep the Raya spirit ignited. Raya wont be possible without my all fave chocolate chip cookies and all the chocolates chips and powders flew off the shelves, especially my fav (used to) brand. As I scanned the supermarket baking aisle, VH cocoa powder was there, so I grabbed it thinking that oh well, my cookies wont be as nice. I WAS WRONG. It was fragrance, slightly bitter and the powder doesn't clump up at all. My cookies and cupcakes were no longer the same. They were better. I haven't switched my cocoa powder since.

Love this!!!! It is not sweet at all, and by adding low calorie or zero calorie sweetener, this would make the perfect healthy hot chocolate drink!!!!!! Will buy this all the time!
