This is so yummy! Not sure if that's because there's alot of sugar or so but this is the perfect snack to munch on while working / watching shows or even as a quick and fast breakfast before heading out!!

The first time I tried it.. I loved it almost immediately. The sweetness n the crunch well balanced. I don't feel guilty having it for supper sometime.

When I can't be bothered to cook for lunch, I love having this mixed with wheatbix with cold soymilk drizzled with maple syrup. Makes for a super quick, fuss-free, oil-free, healthy, fibre-packed meal on the go when you haven't the time. Just a subtle amount of sweetness unlike most breakfast cereals. This is easily one of the more affordable healthy brands of boxed cereal.
