The pecans add a nice crunch, and the whole grains provide a good source of fiber. The flavor is subtly sweet, and the texture is satisfying. I appreciate the high fiber content and wholesome ingredients. It keeps me full until lunchtime, and I feel good about what I'm putting in my body.

From the first day we tried POST cereal, we haven’t been able to switch to any other brand. It's perfect for breakfast or a snack, with or without milk. We love all the flavors, especially blueberry. Highly recommend giving it a try!

A great fan of Post cereals and mostly tried all flavours. Best of them all, is Great Grains and Banana Nut crunch. It's so good that these can be had as a snack wihout adding milk as well.

I am a big fan of Post cereals and I think I must have tried all the flavours by now!
This "crunchy pecan" variety is very tasty. It's crunchy and has a nutty taste.
It's so good that it's not confined to breakfast time; I will often take it for a snack in evenings as well, with some ice cold milk!
