It has a pleasing citrus-herbal scent to it, though i must say it smells somewhat antiseptic which i personally love. A little goes a long way, its Gel-like texture makes it easy to lather across the entire face. It leaves my skin feeling clean without being too drying or tight. I love the fact that it's not tested on animals, has herbal ayurvedic properties and it's halal. I might strongly consider changing my face wash to this!
