This product is good for removing light to moderate makeup. It feels light and can even remove most of my mascara. My skin doesn't feel clean even after washing my face with facial cleanser though, there's always some residue on my cotton pad when I use toner afterwards. There might also be some bits of mascara that will be around my eye area when I wake up the next morning, no matter how many times I wipe or use cotton buds/cotton earbuds to wipe my eye area, or how long I let the product sit on my eye before I start wiping.

Smooth and glides off the makeup. Noy irritated to the eyes.
