I have been using this to remove my waterproof eye make up. I soak the cotton pads and dab my eyes. Then leave it on for a few minutes before wiping it off with the cotton pads.
Cleanses ok. Removes my make up generally well. Needs to take care not to wipe to hard or too many times as can cause abrasion since it doesnt clean off after just one wipe.
Feels gentle on skin which is why it doesn't clean superbly well.
