It comes in different sizes to fit your pimple size. It works well for new pimple. Best to patch it overnight and next morn the pimple will be flatten. It also stays on your face throughout the night and will not fall out during your sleep. However, you will need to patch it on before all your skin care especially moisturizer, otherwise, it will not stay and slip off.
