Must have for headaches and migraines. Contains 625mg paracetamol which is 25% more than normal Panadol 500mg. Does not irritate the stomach and most importantly, its effects are very fast. Best for rapid relief for all pain, fever, etc. Cost more obviously but worth it.

Nothing can beat this extra strong panadol. It works in mins after taking and the effects cam last up to 8 hours. Even with repeated dosage, it does not hurt the tummy at all. I always store this in my fridge for standby.
