Lovely smell that lingers very long in the hair but not exactly effective in detangling hair

As above. Product smells amazing and the fragrance lingers in the hair the entire day. However my hair still tangles a bit even after using the product. As stated by the product directions, it is to be sprayed when hair is slightly damp, but not that effective still.
