Secret mission Asian Cooking Sauce/Marinade

Selected testers will receive 3 Asian sauces: Green / Yellow / Red. Each pack contains 2 × 200 g pouches of each variant.

The sauce is designed for multi-purpose cooking and can be used as either a marinade or for stir-frying. Testers may follow the recommended recipe or create their own dish.

Ingredients & Allergen List:

• Yellow Sauce: 

Water, shallot, spices, garlic, palm oil, shrimp paste, coconut cream, lemongrass, ginger, black jaggery sugar, galangal, curry leaves, light soy sauce, oyster sauce.

Contains: soy, wheat, crustaceans, molluscs.

May contain: celery, mustard.

• Red Sauce

Water, shallot, chilli, onion, palm oil, garlic, ikan bilis, tamarind, lemongrass, turmeric, candlenut, black jaggery sugar, galangal, ginger, salt, belacan.

Contains: fish, crustaceans, tree nuts.

May contain: wheat, soy.

• Green Sauce

Water, pandan leaves, green chilli, shallot, herbs, onion, palm oil, garlic, lemongrass, coconut cream, galangal, coriander, black jaggery sugar, oyster sauce, salt, spices, pandan extract.

Contains: soy, wheat, molluscs.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.
