definitely the healthiest breakfast cereal i can find in the market right now, with the highest wholegrain content and minimal added sugar. I usually eat it dry with fruits and boiled eggs, but you can add cold milk and eat it the usual cereal way too (but they do get wet and mushy extremely quickly). Will be good if they can have a better resealable packaging though.
