e.l.f Cosmetics Hydrating Face Primer

I have gone through 3 bottles of this primer. I use it on days when I feel like my skin is dry. Not the traditional primer where you feel that your face is immensely hydrated. For the price, no complains. Doesn't break me out.

Only thing I do not like is how silicon-y the texture is and somehow I always feel like my make up is going to slide off. But give it sometime and slowly work your make up on top of it, it will eventually settle.
