After using this eyeliner, I'm quite convinced that Revlon is an expert in makeup. The eyeliner is so good! The tip is sharp and draws very precise lines, yet does not cause discomfort to the eyes. It leaves a great black colour that lasts and does not smudge. It is the perfect eyeliner!
