It is an excellent eyeliner because it really does the job. It draws fine line and it doesn't smudge easily. I really like the tip of the pen because I can control it easily with the strokes I wanted. I have mono eyelid so it won't show if I didn't make it thick but nevertheless it still defines my eye and makes it look bigger when applied thinly.
