It lasted at least 6 hrs without leaving me panda eyes.. but one thing, although it's cheap, but I felt it's so dry up aldy, very hard to apply, bought it at local Watsons or guardian, can't rem. Mft date is nov 2017. :( I think either it's just in the store for too long or maybe

A very nice eyeliner that is really black and does not bleed. It dries out quite fast but considering the price point, I can just buy more, unlike some higher priced eyeliners. Very worth the money.

This eyeliner is very cheap and fairly easy to use, but if I rub my eye too much it will smudge and it is not as waterproof as I would like it to be. It does dry out a little the more you use.
