The eyeliner itself is good. Not quite true black but it doesn't migrate (unlike the non-waterproof version) due to my hooded lids.
For the price, I'm quite pleased with it - EXCEPT after a couple of weeks of use (3 days a week) GLITTER all over my hands from the packaging. Annoying AF! So to get full use out of the pen, I either tape over the shiny writing on the pen or scrub the writing off, but the glitter goes all over whichever surface I do this at.
