We use this because it contains zinc oxide and help to keep rashes under control. Disappear the next day after application. However the texture is very thick and difficult to spread, so we prefer to use other brand diaper cream on normal basis and use desitin at first sign of rashes.

I have been using this ever since my kid was a newborn. it is gentle on baby's skin yet effective in preventing diaper rash. It is also very effective in soothing rashes, usually after 1 application, the rash clears up. The consistency is rather thick though, so it might take some effort to apply it thinly and evenly. Otherwise, it works well.

Switched to Desitin (recommended by a GP) after baby had some fungal infection in the nappy area. This brand seems to be more effective at preventing the diaper rash and baby's doesn't seem red nowadays. Will continue using this.

Pretty much THE go-to diaper cream for our family, after using it for my first kid, I automatically continued with this for the next two. I used it daily for all 3 kids during their diaper changes when they were babies and they never had any serious rash ever, so very thankful for such a reliable and easily accessible product.
