My boy likes this sweet toothgel - not as spicy and foamy as the usual adult toothpaste.
However, I do not like it as I tends to oversqeeze due to the big tube opening.

When I first saw it, it is really big as compared to other brands. It looks more like a gel than a paste, nevertheless, it is effective as a toothpaste. The taste is not spicy and my 5-year-old girl likes it too. It tastes a bit sweet and is pleasant.
