I apply this cream in the day. I am someone who perspire a lot and I really dislike applying cream or lotion in the day because it creates the stickiness feeling. However, this body lotion absorbs fast and well once applied on the body. It keeps my skin hydrated and refreshed.
I like that the body lotion has SPF protection because normal sunblock usually either creates that sticky feeling I dislike or it dries up my skin quite badly.
