It helped with my crack nipple . I felt less pain upon application for the night . It is abit sticky and will stain my clothes unfortunately.

I bought this for my second breastfeeding journey and did not really like the texture of the product. It was a little bit too thick for my liking and left a very sticky residue. I have since tried many different brands of nipple creams/nipple balms and can confirm that the Medela nipple cream is thicker than all other brands so far.
