We always use this purple desitin when baby is having diaper rash. Since firstborn, to now 2nd born. It is thick and we dap on the area, it helps to clear rashes away fast.

Since my baby using diaper, I need to have diaper cream for his nappy rash. Especially when my baby has diarrhea, it make nappy rash worsen. This product very effective for my baby's nappy rash and fast relief. I keep this diaper cream in my diaper bag also for emergency use.

Product effective but it the cream itself is very thick.
It is hard for me to remove unless I apply pressure while using the wet wipes to wipe.
I find that causes more friction and causes my baby to feel pain.
