Have been using the wash for my baby boy for quite awhile. To be truthful the wash left only half a bottle. My little one has dry, sensitive and eczema skin so far it does not worsen the eczema or show any signs of discomfort when using it. When he starts to flare, somehow I notices it does soothe the skin.
