coco pops

Cocoa Pops offer a rich, chocolatey flavor that appeals particularly to children but can also be a treat for adults. The cereal has a satisfying crunch when eaten dry or with milk. The chocolate flavor intensifies as the milk absorbs the cocoa, resulting in a delicious chocolate milk finish.
Like many sugary cereals, coco pops is not the healthiest breakfast option. They contain a significant amount of sugar, which may be concerning for those watching their sugar intake. On the positive side the cereal is fortified with vitamins such as iron and vitamin D, which can contribute to a balanced diet when consumed in moderation.
Yummy but unhealthy

I hate how Kellogg's advertises this as a healthy, nutritious and energising breakfast for children when it's really just rice, cocoa and sugar. It is not good for children to have this much sugar.
